Greetings fellow kush enthusiasts! I’m finally back again after taking some time off for my own personal reasons. I recently bought a salvamakoto female nug just yesterday and was excited to get started as soon as possible. I have been researching and learning about this breed online, but wanted to hear from someone who had actually grown them before investing in a plant. So here goes my first post on here.
I purchased the plant at a local head shop in the city where i live. According to the budtender, the seller claims that he gets his seeds directly from salvamakoto himself (and i believe him), and the buds themselves were very fresh looking. The buds themselves were dark green and dense with nice little hairs throughout.
The buds smelled really good–almost like kief, kinda fruity, but not sweet tasting. To me, they tasted similar to indica strains. Very mellow, relaxing feeling.
The effects hit me pretty hard almost immediately. My heart rate increased noticeably, and I felt very relaxed. After about five minutes, my blood pressure dropped, and I became extremely tired. Unfortunately, I didn’t really notice any major physical symptoms that would indicate pain.
In terms of potency, i estimate around 6-8% CBD and 10-12% THC. While i don’t recommend these levels as being high, I do feel that they have decent potential in terms of medicinal qualities. I will update if I decide to extract anything out of her.
Overall, I think i got myself a great strain and am excited to try using it. If anyone has any questions regarding this particular strain, please let me know! Thanks!
