This is the first time I’m doing this video and I had no idea what I was doing. I have been wanting to do this since the beginning of my journey with the KU-P diet.I’ve watched many videos and read a lot of information about the KU-P method.

The first thing I did was to take out as much of the fat as possible while still keeping the flavor of the food and adding more vegetables. I got rid of all the cheese and butter while adding nuts like almonds and walnuts.

I added some fruit like apples, bananas, oranges, strawberries, peaches, cherries and grapes. I know this video is not very good yet because I couldn’t figure out how to use my camera well yet. So please be patient and excuse me if I look bad at times 🙂 I’ll get better at it!
